Hoshi Japanese Cuisine Kaiseki multi course is Authentic Kansai style. Food ingredients between Local farm to table and special seafood are shipped from Japan.
Japanese food culture is based on how things are, eaten, cooked or prepared, from east, the Kansai area, to west, the Kanto area, between Osaka and Tokyo, not including different eating cultures of the northwest, Tohoku, or Hokkaido, among other areas.
We would like to bring a wide selection of foods like Kaiseki, Teishoku or Street food to Vancouver. Hope our guests enjoy both traditional and innovative dishes at Hoshi Japanese Cuisine.
